Search Engine Optimization Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving organic growth, search visibility, and e-commerce performance across our global digital presence.

Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Analyst at MIR India will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings for the company’s online platforms, on-page SEO, off-page SEO (backlink building), technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, performance tracking, and SEO content creation.

Job Responsibilities-

• Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and develop keyword-to-page mapping strategies.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, internal links, and content.
• Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization, indexing, and technical SEO issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify content, keyword, and ranking opportunities.
• Build high-quality backlinks through manual outreach and link-building campaigns.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and overall SEO performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, development, marketing, and other teams to execute SEO strategies.
• Create SEO-focused content when required.

We’re Looking For-

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with backlink building and outreach.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent US English written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Good to have -

• E-commerce SEO experience.
• PR/digital outreach experience.
• Experience with Kanban-based workflow management.
• Experience managing SEO campaigns for international/US markets.
