Search Engine Optimization Manager

We're a full-service digital marketing agency based in Connecticut, USA, and we're hiring one SEO Manager in the Philippines. Not a VA. Not an SEO assistant. A manager who can own strategy and results across our client roster.

⏰ Read this first: This is a US-hours role. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST = 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. If a permanent night shift doesn't work for your life, this isn't the role.

What you'll own:

• Organic SEO strategy and execution across multiple clients (industrial supply, home improvement, trades, med spas, restaurants, B2B e-commerce)
• Local SEO — Google Business Profile optimization, map pack rankings, citations, review strategy
• Technical audits, on-page, content strategy, internal linking, link acquisition
• Reporting on outcomes that matter: rankings, traffic, leads, revenue
• Joining client and internal meetings on camera, and bringing your own ideas — not just executing a checklist

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on SEO experience
• A complete portfolio with documented proof of results — before/after data, screenshots, case studies. No portfolio, no interview.
• Deep expertise in BOTH organic and local SEO
• Fluent, confident spoken English and full comfort on camera
• Speed. We move fast and expect results fast.
• Reliable fiber internet and a backup connection, plus your own working setup

Compensation & setup:

• $1,000 – $1,200 USD/month (approx. ₱56,000 – ₱68,000), based on experience
• Paid in USD via Wise or Payoneer, semi-monthly
• Independent contractor, 100% remote, permanent WFH
• Long-term role with room to grow as we scale
