Search Engine Optimization Manager

We're Influee, a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 24 markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we're entering a new phase of growth and organic is set to become one of our biggest, most scalable acquisition channels.

The purpose of this role

You'll own programmatic SEO for Influee across languages, markets, and use cases, building page systems that compound, not one-off content. This role is Claude-first by design: you'll use AI tooling as your default way of working, not as an occasional shortcut.

What you'll actually be doing

• Own programmatic SEO across our verticals (country, language, and niche/industry), building page systems, not one-off posts.
• Ship at volume: hundreds of landing pages a year (competitor, alternatives, use-case, category), understanding the quality bar we build to and orchestrating execution to hit it.
• Run link acquisition at scale: link exchanges and paid placements, managed as an ongoing pipeline.
• Work Claude-first: research, page generation, and analysis run through Claude Code with MCP tools (Ahrefs, internal analytics, CMS) rather than manual workflows.
• Collaborate with design, or Claude-based design, for assets: you own the brief and the QA, you don't sit in a design queue.

Who we're looking for

• You've got proven programmatic SEO experience across multiple verticals (geo/language and niche), traffic and lead outcomes to show, not rankings alone.
• You've personally acquired 200+ backlinks through link exchanges, plus a comparable volume of purchased or placed links.
• You can build landing pages: spec, order, and QA execution to a high design bar, working with a designer or Claude-based design.
• You're a Claude-native operator, comfortable running Claude Code with MCP tools (Ahrefs, internal analytics), not dependent on legacy SEO tooling alone.
• (Nice to have) You've got influencer marketing or creator economy SEO background, or a clear point of view on what influencer SEO could look like for us.
