The Role

The SEO Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies for our door, gate, and fence contractor clients. You'll run SEO audits, perform keyword research, build on-page and off-page optimization plans, and manage link-building initiatives aligned with each client's goals. You'll monitor performance through web analytics, prepare reports, and turn the data into clear recommendations that improve organic visibility and lead generation. You'll work with internal teams and clients directly to keep SEO efforts aligned with broader marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify technical and content-related optimization opportunities
• Perform keyword research, including search intent analysis and keyword-to-page mapping
• Build and manage link-building strategies that prioritize quality, relevance, and search engine guideline compliance
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools
• Prepare reports and translate data into actionable, client-ready recommendations
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices — site structure, metadata, schema, page speed
• Manage local SEO and map optimization for service-area contractor clients
• Align SEO initiatives with broader marketing, branding, and lead-generation campaigns
• Collaborate with internal team members and communicate directly with clients on strategy and results

What You Bring

• Strong ability to perform SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities, both technical and content-related
• Solid keyword research skills, including intent analysis and keyword mapping
• Experience with quality-first, compliant link-building strategies
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Marketing instincts — you can connect SEO work to broader lead-generation and branding goals, not just rankings
• Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO: site structure, metadata, schema, page speed
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to explain SEO clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with service-based or local business SEO; local SEO / map optimization experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client projects, and hit deadlines in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field — or equivalent practical experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
• Location: Fully remote — open to candidates based in Latin America or South Africa
• Individual contractor
• Rate: Hourly rate compensation defined by experience
• Time-tracking tool use required
