Seasonal, Virtual Client Services Center Instructor

About the Role As a seasonal Virtual Client Service Center Instructor, you will be responsible for assisting with, preparing for, and facilitating training to the call center agents supporting the Client Service Organization and Field Technology Support call centers. You will also administer polls/learning checkpoints and monitor agent participation. Day to day, you’ll… Deliver effective training courses and performance support materials in an adult learning environment for call center agents Identify learning objectives for each course and ensure courses are aligned with business unit strategic objectives Work with a Senior Training Developer to select appropriate instructional delivery methods that match intended learning objectives Provide input on training needs assessments and job/task analysis to support ongoing development and improvement of training courses Use the standard report results template to share progress on training programs with leadership team Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience: Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities 2 years minimum related work experience Strong communication and presentation skills Why work for us At H&R Block, our purpose is simple: to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
