Lead the design, integration, and delivery of physical and electronic security systems across commercial buildings, critical infrastructure, etc. Lead the design and integration of physical and electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and biometric systems. Coordinate with architecture and MEP disciplines and support management of the construction program to maintain scope, quality, and schedule. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams facility representatives, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless execution. Conduct feasibility studies, master planning, and provide strategic advice for technology and security implementations. Conduct performance validation tests for security management systems and ensure compliance with design criteria. Oversee the installation and commissioning of security systems, including review of submittals and site activities. Provide vendor‑independent, buildable, and maintainable solutions tailored to client needs. Deliver training and support for end‑users and stakeholders. We value a vendor‑neutral approach, rigorous compliance with design criteria, and a strong focus on commissioning and end‑user outcomes. Travel to client sites may be required based on project needs. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of experience, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security technology, development of security technical specifications, security systems design, and security projects implementation. Experience designing and implementing security systems for both commercial buildings and critical infrastructure. Project management and coordination skills with multi‑disciplinary teams. Ability to conduct detailed spatial planning and technology integration to ensure constructability and operations readiness. Experience in executing security design and implementation for data centers is an advantage. Proficiency in IT and networking technologies and support system integration and coordination with ICT teams. CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional); desirable but not mandatory At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
