Full Remote | Nearshore to the Netherlands

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity governance processes;

• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender security solutions, establish Zero Trust models, and translate security risks into structural improvements across workplace environments;

• Configure and optimize Microsoft Purview capabilities, including Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), information protection, and compliance controls;

• Support customers in Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption initiatives by assessing permissions, data classification, governance requirements, and security readiness while automating administration through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

What you are like:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field;

• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, and governance controls;

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender technologies, Microsoft Purview, Sensitivity Labels, DLP policies, and Microsoft 365 security ecosystems;

• Experience with PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph, API-driven administration, and translating technical security requirements into business value and risk management strategies;

• Certifications such as SC-300, SC-200, SC-400, MS-102, or AZ-500 are highly valued. Experience with Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft Sentinel, Copilot governance, Exposure Management, Terraform, or Bicep is a strong plus;

• Fluent English communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
