ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR REMOTE POSITIONS: For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team. POSITION SUMMARY: Work closely with the Security team to design, migrate, and deliver Identity projects for customers in Japan. The role focuses particularly on modernization engagements from on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra, including VBD, migration support, troubleshooting, and partner-led delivery. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Design and deliver Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for customers in Japan. Lead AD/Entra migration and Hybrid Identity projects, including Entra Connect, Entra Join, and Conditional Access. Conduct discovery, assessment, solution design, migration planning, and technical reviews. Deliver customer workshops, gather requirements, and provide technical recommendations. Troubleshoot complex Identity, authentication, and synchronization issues. Work with Security teams, CSS, partners, and customers to deliver projects successfully. Manage multiple engagements independently while maintaining strong technical documentation and customer communication.
