We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare. $84,880.00 - $127,330.00 Responsible for administering and optimizing the Seismic platform to support sales, marketing, and client-facing teams. This role ensures accurate content governance, seamless system integrations, and high-quality user experiences while partnering across functions to improve platform adoption and operational effectiveness. Essential Functions for this role include: Administer and maintain the Seismic platform, including content libraries, metadata, permissions, automation rules, and reporting structures Configure and support content automation tools (e.g., LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, FreeStyle, Digital Sales Room, Learning) to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory standards Perform regular audits to maintain content quality, metadata consistency, and platform hygiene Manage intake, processing, and publishing of content, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and governance adherence Execute quality assurance reviews of materials (e.g., fact sheets and automated documents) to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate content review, approval, and expiration workflows with Marketing, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders Support development of curated pages, RFP materials, and specialized content experiences Monitor and maintain integrations between Seismic and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms), ensuring reliable data flow Troubleshoot platform and integration issues, partnering with IT and external support as needed Administer user access, roles, and permissions across the platform Promote governance standards and best practices for platform usage Deliver training, documentation, and guidance to support user adoption and engagement Serve as a subject matter expert for Seismic capabilities and provide recommendations for enhancements Partner cross-functionally to support sales readiness and improve productivity Performs other duties as assigned If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years of experience administering the Seismic platform Minimum of 5 years of experience producing fact sheets or regulated investment materials Active Seismic certification Knowledge of content governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, CMS platforms) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting platform issues Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality To benefit your career and support your wellbeing, we offer: Competitive Total Rewards package , including base pay, incentive programs, benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions Flexible and hybrid work schedules to support work-life balance Tuition reimbursement to support continued education Professional and career development opportunities , including courses and certifications Comprehensive wellness programs promoting physical, mental, and emotional health Volunteerism initiatives to encourage community engagement Click here to learn more about MissionSquare’s benefits.
