Senior Account Executive | Media Planner/Buyer

Agency : Havas Media Job Description : Manage day-to-day client servicing and delivery of integrated media campaigns (with a core focus on media) across digital and offline channels. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure plans are accurate, campaigns are launched correctly, performance is monitored, insights are communicated, and commercial processes are completed accurately and on time. #LI-MV1 Role Purpose Purpose: Manage day-to-day client servicing and delivery of integrated media campaigns (with a core focus on media) across digital and offline channels. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure plans are accurate , campaigns are launched correctly, performance is monitored , insights are communicated, and commercial processes are completed accurately and on time. Scope of Responsibility Primary Focus (Media): Digital (paid social, search, programmatic), TV/BVOD, OOH, audio, print. Integrated Collaboration: Work with social, content, creative, and data/performance teams within the Havas Village. Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Project Coordination Media Planning & Implementation support Campaign Management & Optimisation Reporting & Insights Commercial Administration Compliance & Governence Collaboration & Contribution Qualifications Strong client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance monitoring Proficiency in client presentation, campaign management, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines Knowledge of NZ media landscape, marketing strategies, and industry trends Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with key advertising and marketing tools such as Nielsen CMI and AdIntel and MS365 such as PPT, and XLS Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Business Manager and Google platforms Strong knowledge in media campaign processes generating ad specs, dispatching assets and invoicing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field One to two years in a media planning and account management role within a media agency preferred We’re building a deliberately different kind of agency, one with less hierarchy, more collaboration, and bigger opportunities for people ready to step up.
