We are hiring on behalf of a 100% remote, powerhouse DACH performance agency with a track record of over 500 e-commerce success stories. They don't need another introverted button-pusher; they need a Senior Google Ads Account Manager who commands respect and controls the narrative.

Picture this: A high-value client is panicking because their ROAS dipped. Instead of sending a timid, defensive email, you jump on a call, de-escalate the tension, pivot the strategy, and casually upsell a Klaviyo retention campaign before hanging up. You are the definitive client owner, seamlessly balancing €5k–€50k monthly ad spends with proactive, high-energy communication.

The Absolute Non-Negotiables

We are not flexible on these requirements. If you do not meet every single criterion below, your application will not be considered.

• Native German Fluency: Flawless written and spoken German is a hard dealbreaker.

• Agency-Side E-Commerce Veteran: 3+ years managing Google Ads for multiple e-commerce clients at an agency. Pure in-house marketers will not survive this pace.

• Front-Line Communicator: You must be highly extroverted, capable of leading challenging client conversations, and obsessed with churn prevention.

• Hands-On Execution: You must actively build and optimize campaigns. "Hands-off" managers unwilling to touch the tools need not apply.
