Senior Accountant (Remote)

Executive Secretary (Remote) Great Work Perks is seeking a remote Senior Accountant to support financial operations, account reconciliations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners. The role includes participating in Zoom meetings (camera on), managing follow-up tasks, and helping ensure financial processes and communications are handled accurately, professionally, and on a timely basis . The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English, and comfortable interacting with clients and leadership. Strong communication, multitasking ability, and comfort with technology are essential. The candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; CPA candidates or applicants with equivalent strong accounting experience will also be considered. Good understanding of US accounting principles (GAAP). Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Proactive, reliable, and able to support business owners directly. Willing to work on a night shift or early morning Philippine time to align with US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review. Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tracking. Assist the owner with financial analysis, reports, and other business tasks as needed. Support general administrative and operational needs when required.
