Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial objectives through effective receivables management. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: Reconcile accounts receivable balances and maintain accurate customer account records. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries. Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection activities to management. Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to resolve account issues. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support audits by providing requested documentation and account information. Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and recommend efficiencies. WHAT YOU BRING: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems and accounting software; Excel proficiency required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
