This role is four days onsite at our Seneca One Buffalo, NY location, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week Overview: Provides strategic administrative and operational support to senior Technology leaders and their organizations. Serves as a trusted partner responsible for executive support, coordination of organizational priorities, communications, events, workforce activities, and cross-functional initiatives. Operates with a high degree of independence, discretion, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment while helping drive organizational effectiveness across leadership teams. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, and key business partners, responding to questions and facilitating coordination across teams. Partner with senior leaders to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the effective execution of administrative and operational activities. Create executive-level communications, agendas, meeting materials, and other correspondence on behalf of leadership. Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and special events. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for one or more senior leaders. Support organizational initiatives, projects, and workforce-related activities requiring coordination across multiple stakeholder groups. Track action items and follow-up activities resulting from leadership discussions and organizational priorities. Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive business and personnel matters. Prepare expense reports, and other financial documentation while maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with partners across Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Services, Technology, and other business functions to support department operations. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance organizational effectiveness. Adhere to applicable compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit and regulatory requirements, as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. . Education and Experience Required: Associate's degree or equivalent in experience 4 years progressive administrative and operational support support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $20.55 - $34.25 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
