As the Senior Advisor, Brand, you will be the organisation’s brand expert, championing GWW’s brand vision and strategy while empowering employees to become passionate brand advocates. Working across a wide range of customer and community touchpoints, you will lead the consistent and effective application of the brand, providing trusted advice and guidance to stakeholders both internally and externally. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you will continuously identify opportunities to enhance the brand experience, ensuring every interaction reflects GWW’s values and aspirations. You will also drive excellence through strong processes, effective supplier management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding brand outcomes that build recognition, trust and engagement. Responsibilities Act as the custodian of the GWW brand, ensuring consistent, accurate and impactful brand application across all customer, community and organisational touchpoints. Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related enquiries, providing expert advice, guidance and support to internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners. Lead and monitor brand application across channels, assets and campaigns, managing agency and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality, on-brand outcomes. Champion the GWW brand by building brand capability across the organisation through training, resources, tools and ongoing stakeholder engagement. Develop and promote compelling brand stories and content, supporting a consistent tone of voice and working collaboratively with communications colleagues to identify and deliver content opportunities. Contribute to the success of team projects and organisational priorities through effective budget management, compliance with policies and procedures, and support for incident and emergency communications activities, including participation in an after-hours on-call roster when required. Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training. Demonstrated experience in a brand-focused role, with strong expertise in brand management, marketing and the delivery of consistent brand outcomes across multiple channels. Proven ability to build and maintain effective, proactive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers, with experience managing agency and vendor performance. Strong understanding of design principles and production processes, with the ability to provide informed guidance on the development and application of brand assets and collateral.
