Apply Description Position Summary The Senior Advisor, Clinical & Market Strategy is a senior, multi-faceted role designed to leverage deep hearing industry expertise in support of Virsono’s growth in the California market. The Advisor will complete a structured immersion in Virsono’s clinical operations, systems, and culture while simultaneously leading the development of a targeted physician outreach strategy to expand the Virsono provider network. The role also serves as a coach and mentor to clinical and operational team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices across the organization. This role is intentionally broad during the initial period. Scope, priorities, and long-term focus will be refined in partnership with leadership as the Advisor completes onboarding and as market needs become clearer. Key Responsibilities Business Immersion & Clinical Integration · Complete a structured training period focused on learning Virsono’s business model, clinical workflows, patient experience standards, systems, and compliance requirements. · Spend dedicated time in California clinics observing operations, patient flow, and provider practices. · Build working relationships with clinicians, clinic staff, and operational leaders across the market. Physician Network Development · Research, identify, and prioritize physicians and physician groups for potential participation in the Virsono network. · Develop and maintain a qualified physician target list with supporting rationale, market data, and recommended outreach approach. · Advise leadership on market positioning, competitive dynamics, and referral relationship strategy. · Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with prospective network physicians as directed. Coaching & Mentorship · Provide informal coaching and mentorship to clinical and operational team members, drawing on extensive hearing industry experience. · Identify opportunities to strengthen clinical practices, patient counseling, and operational execution, and share recommendations constructively with leadership. · Model professionalism, patient-first decision-making, and collaborative behavior. Strategic Support · Contribute industry insight to market strategy, growth planning, and service line discussions. · Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned as the role evolves. Requirements Qualifications · Extensive experience (20+ years) in the hearing healthcare industry; clinical, commercial, or practice leadership background preferred. · Established knowledge of physician referral dynamics, ENT/audiology relationships, and the hearing care market landscape. · Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence without direct authority. · Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinicians, physicians, and business leaders. · Comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving role; self-directed with sound judgment. · Ability to travel regularly within the California market.
