In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping and delivering high-impact change communication strategies for transformational business programs. You’ll work alongside a seasoned team of change and project management professionals, while being connected to a broad team of communications experts. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a problem-solving mindset, the ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, and the agility to pivot to where the support is required, as you may be working on one or more programs across the business. Responsibilities: Drive the development and delivery of a compelling change narrative for strategic programs and initiatives. Collaborate with and influence senior leadership to adopt sound employee engagement approaches that align with business goals and drive results. Gain deep business insights and build trusted internal relationships that support the delivery of highly effective communication and engagement outcomes. Simplify complexity by translating technical and business information into clear, visually engaging content, delivered through a multi-channel approach. Experience and Qualifications: Degree qualification in communications, business, journalism/marketing, human resources or a related field. Significant demonstrated experience working as a senior employee communications, strategic communications or corporate affairs advisor in a major corporation, government department or agency environment. Demonstrated ability in design, delivery and implementation of proactive communication and engagement plans. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication principles that help people work in new ways. Demonstrated experience supporting change communications on transformational initiatives.
