What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on operational excellence, business performance, and leadership effectiveness
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic execution
• Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and team performance
• Help translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and sustainable improvements
• Contribute structure, challenge, and insight in complex leadership and performance discussions
• Support stronger cross-functional alignment where better execution and operating rhythm are needed

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in operational excellence, business transformation, performance improvement, or executive advisory work
• Strong credibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence at executive level
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or advising leaders in complex business environments
• A structured, outcome-focused approach with strong commercial and operational judgement
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
