We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge autonomous AI systems with a focus on agentic capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing and integrating agentic AI solutions, connecting to Multi-Cloud Platforms (MCP), and leveraging specialized tools to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-performing AI applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI agents that drive business value while adhering to the highest standards of reliability, transparency, and ethical responsibility. Position Location - Latam (Remote) Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones. How you’ll make an impact: Architectural Design & Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design of complex agentic AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them on best practices, code quality, and advanced development techniques. Agentic AI Development: Design and develop advanced agentic AI systems with autonomous decision-making, adaptability, and multi-agent coordination, using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N. Vector Database Management: Build and manage data pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, to support efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of high-dimensional data for agentic AI applications. Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize monitoring tools like Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith to track the performance, health, and decision-making accuracy of agentic AI systems in production. Proactively optimize models to address issues like latency, drift, or bias. Front-End Development: Develop user-facing interfaces for agentic AI applications using tools like Chainlit and Streamlit, ensuring intuitive and responsive user experiences. Apply React-based knowledge to enhance front-end functionality when needed. Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure agentic AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, implementing safeguards for bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability in autonomous decision-making processes. Collaboration: Partner with AI researchers, MLOps engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align development efforts with project goals, facilitating iterative development and seamless integration of agentic AI solutions. Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices for version control (e.g., Git) and ensuring scalability and reproducibility of AI solutions. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on developing AI/ML or agentic AI systems. Architectural & Mentorship Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex software solutions. Experience leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and driving a team toward a unified technical vision. Agentic AI Tools: (6months)Hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks and tools, including LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N for building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents. Vector Databases: (1 -2 years) Strong experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, for managing high-dimensional data in AI applications. Monitoring Tools: (6 months ) Proficiency with monitoring tools like Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith for tracking and optimizing agentic AI system performance. Front-End Development: Experience building user interfaces with Chainlit and Streamlit. Knowledge of React and modern JavaScript frameworks is a strong plus. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and model deployment. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Ethical AI Knowledge: Understanding of ethical AI principles, including bias detection, explainability, and compliance with regulations like GDPR or AI-specific standards. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
