As a Senior Agile Programme Delivery Manager in Digital Change Delivery, you might: Lead the launch of a large, complex digital programme, bringing together multiple delivery teams and creating the governance, plans and controls needed for success. Coordinate high-risk delivery activity across several services, managing dependencies and overcoming barriers to ensure benefits are realised for users. The role You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you’ll: Lead programme delivery: Oversee a portfolio of complex digital programmes, ensuring products and services are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Support and develop teams: Lead, coach and empower multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping them adopt effective ways of working and stay focused on delivering value. Work with stakeholders and partners: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, business teams and external suppliers to ensure priorities, resources and delivery plans remain aligned. Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes that include significant business change, with responsibility for outcomes, risks, budgets and delivery performance. Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including coaching colleagues and supporting teams to use agile delivery approaches to achieve shared goals. Experience working with senior stakeholders and partners to manage priorities, resolve challenges, secure resources and drive successful delivery across complex programmes.
