Work on strategic "AI Big Bet" initiatives that have executive visibility and enterprise-wide impact Influence the future of AI adoption across customer-facing solutions and enterprise platforms Collaborate with AI leaders, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders across the organization Design and build modern AI architectures leveraging GenAI, LLMs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations Gain exposure to enterprise-scale AI programs involving SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, AWS, and GCP Join a collaborative environment where innovation, experimentation, and practical AI delivery are encouraged Opportunity to transition into a long-term role with a leading enterprise organization Your Role & Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures aligned with business and technical objectives Lead solution architecture, prototyping, and technical design for AI and Generative AI initiatives Translate business requirements into architecture diagrams, design documentation, and implementation roadmaps Partner with data, platform, integration, and application teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise systems Guide engineering teams on implementation approaches, best practices, and architecture standards Develop enterprise AI platform capabilities that can support multiple business use cases Establish integration patterns between AI solutions and enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI standards Evaluate emerging AI technologies, external partners, and proof-of-value opportunities Present architecture strategies and recommendations to business and technology leadership Skills & Experience You Should Possess Proven experience designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments Strong background in AI architecture, platform design, and enterprise technology integration Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI solutions, and modern AI frameworks Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including training, deployment, inference, monitoring, and evaluation Experience architecting cloud-based AI solutions using AWS and/or GCP Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and guide teams through production implementation Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems and data ecosystems Strong knowledge of AI governance, security controls, responsible AI practices, and risk management frameworks Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes Demonstrated success collaborating across architecture, engineering, product, and leadership teams Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Databricks and modern data platform architectures Exposure to Azure cloud services and AI workloads Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, or Avaya environments Utility industry experience AI, Cloud, or Data certifications such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or equivalent credentials Experience scaling enterprise AI platforms across multiple business domains Experience supporting conversational AI, voice AI, or agentic AI solutions Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, Databricks, AWS, or GCP certifications are highly desirable What We Offer At Trissential, we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
