Senior AI Automation Manager Apply Job Description On behalf of our client, an online gambling company, we are looking for an exceptional Senior AI/automation manager to lead one of the most important transformations across our organization. AI is fundamentally changing how companies operate, make decisions, build products, serve customers, and organize their teams. We want to be at the forefront of this change. Your mission will be simple but ambitious: Identify, build and implement AI, automation and agent-based solutions across the organization that materially improve the way we work. This is not a research, advisory, or innovation-lab position. We are looking for someone who can turn AI capabilities into real operational change. You will work across every function of the business — including Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, HR, Product, Technology, Compliance and Management — identifying opportunities to automate work, improve decisionmaking, eliminate repetitive processes and dramatically increase productivity. You will have the mandate to challenge existing processes and rethink how work should be done in an AI-first organization. Locations: Hybrid - Sofia, Bulgaria Responsibilities: As a Senior AI Automation Manager , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop and own the company’s AI and automation strategy and roadmap. Map workflows across the organization and identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI and automation. Design and implement AI agents, automated workflows and AI-powered internal tools. Introduce AI solutions that reduce manual work, increase speed, improve quality and allow teams to operate more efficiently. Evaluate and select AI models, platforms, tools and technologies based on business requirements. Build solutions directly where appropriate and work with internal or external engineering resources where deeper development is required. Connect AI systems with existing company platforms, APIs, databases and workflows. Move rapidly from idea → prototype → implementation → adoption → measurable business impact. Establish standards and best practices for the responsible and secure use of AI across the organization. Train teams and managers to use AI effectively and develop an AI-first mindset. Identify areas where existing processes should not simply be automated but completely redesigned around new AI capabilities. Measure the impact of AI initiatives through clear KPIs including productivity improvements, time saved, cost reduction, quality improvements and revenue opportunities. Leading Organizational Change This role will require changing established processes, behaviors and ways of working across the organization. Win the trust of senior leaders and operational teams. Challenge “this is how we’ve always done it” thinking. Understand why teams resist change and find practical ways to overcome it. Navigate organizational complexity and competing priorities. Ensure solutions are actually adopted — not simply demonstrated or launched. Be comfortable pushing through technical, operational and organizational obstacles to deliver results. Requirements: This is a senior position for someone with exceptional capabilities in both AI and execution. You should have: Deep practical understanding of modern AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, automation and AI-enabled workflows. Significant hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in real organizations. Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and modern technology stacks. Experience with AI development and automation frameworks. The technical depth to understand what is possible and the pragmatism to determine what is actually worth building. A track record of taking complex initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption. Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities. The confidence and maturity to work directly with senior management and department heads. Exceptional problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
