Senior AI Engineer

Nuage is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation on a large-scale banking programme, delivering a greenfield AI initiative in collaboration with Microsoft and Anthropic. This is a long-term day-rate contract, offering the opportunity to build and deploy autonomous AI systems within one of the most secure enterprise environments in Australia.

You'll be responsible for integrating and scaling agentic AI platforms across secure cloud infrastructure, building the deployment pipelines, orchestration frameworks and guardrails that allow autonomous AI to safely analyse code, identify vulnerabilities and automate remediation. Working closely with software engineering, cloud and security teams, you'll help deliver production-grade AI solutions capable of operating at enterprise scale within a highly regulated banking environment.

Experience required

• Enterprise Azure build experience
• LLMs / Agentic AI knowledge
• RAG experience
• DevOps (IAC, Kubernetes, Observability)
• Application Security exposure (OWASP, SAST/DAST)

This is a fully remote contract open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand. With long-term work on one of the country's most exciting enterprise AI programmes, you will be working with Microsoft and Anthropic on this greenfield implementation.
