Working remotely alongside a global, cross-functional team of data scientists and product managers, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions . This is an exciting opportunity to dire ctly influence architectural decisions, champion modern AI frameworks, and shape the future of our AI-driven ecosystems . What you will do: AI Application Development & Orchestration Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging modern AI frameworks and advanced Python . Build and optim ize intelligent wor kflows u sing LangChain and/or LangGraph for LLM-based orchestration . Backend Engineering & Integration Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions . Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and specialized backend components to support various AI use cases . Quality Assurance & Architecture Ensure rigorous code quality through continuous testing, debugging, and performance optimization . Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and proactively promote best practices in software development and AI engineering . Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate seamlessly with data scientists, product teams, and distributed engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions . Stay highly up to date with rapid advancements in Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, and modern AI tooling . Tools & Technologies: Platforms & Infrastructure: Vector databases, microservices architectures, LLM ecosystems, and embeddings . Security & DevSecOps: CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and rigorous code testing/debugging standards . Cloud & IaC: Backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and REST API development (Note: Specific Cloud/IaC platforms are adaptable based on core backend software engineering principles) . What you bring: Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development with strong Python expertise, complemented by proven, hands-on experience building applications using LangChain and/or LangGraph . Consulting / Leadership: A proven ability to contribute to architectural decisions, promote software development best practices, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders . Mindset: A strong problem-solving approach, deep system design sensibilities, and the collaborative agility required to thrive in fast-paced, distributed agile environments . Education & Location: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with the ability to work remotely from LatAm (Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, or Brazil) aligned to EST hours .
