Job Description This is a remote position. One of our clients in the Tech and Software sector is looking for experienced AI Engineers to participate in a high-profile demo project focused on AI in software development. The goal is to showcase how AI can be leveraged to enhance developer productivity, streamline workflows, and optimize team performance. Key Deliverables Design and Demonstrate AI Solutions: Build and showcase AI-driven tools that directly enhance developer productivity, including automated code generation, intelligent debugging, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Partner with developers to integrate AI into daily practices, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with team needs. Knowledge Transfer & Training: Provide guidance and training to development teams on adopting AI tools, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and recommend their application to maximize team efficiency. Requirements Ideal Profile AI Expertise : Strong background in AI/ML development, with practical experience applying AI to improve software engineering processes. Developer Productivity Focus: Proven ability to design or implement AI solutions that accelerate coding, debugging, testing, or collaboration within dev teams. European Experience : Minimum of 5 years professional experience working in Europe, with exposure to diverse engineering cultures and practices. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, automated testing frameworks, code generation models). Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and present technical concepts clearly in demo settings.
