About the role
We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to be a genuine force multiplier across our portfolio. You won't own a single product in isolation, you'll work across multiple projects and small startup teams, partnering directly with founders to turn early ideas into shipped products.
A big part of this role is making delivery faster and lighter. You'll automate large parts of our delivery and project-management workflow with the tech team, and you'll keep a live pulse on the markets our products compete in, feeding real insight back into what we build.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who's thrived in fast-moving startup environments and is comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and direct founder contact.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for your product area: define priorities, write specs, and make the calls on scope and sequencing.
- Prototype your own ideas with AI: build proof-of-concepts, mockups, and working demos so engineering starts from something concrete, not just documents.
- Talk to customers and internal teams to keep the roadmap grounded in real problems, not just assumptions.
- Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget across the projects you support.
- Work cross-project, moving fluidly between small startup teams and founders depending on where the leverage is.
- Automate delivery and project-management activities with the tech team using workspace agent tooling, cutting manual coordination and reporting so the team ships faster.
- Gather and synthesize market insight on our products' competitive landscape, and translate it into product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional, distributed teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
What you'll bring
- Senior product background: a track record of 5+ years of owning products end to end.
- Startup experience is essential. You've worked closely with founders and small teams, and you know how to operate when there's no playbook.
- Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with agent tooling for both automating your own work and prototyping product demos.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts (multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, tool use, RAG, and guardrails, incl. agent quality evals), at a level sufficient to manage scope, risk, and client conversations.
- Comfort building your own prototypes and demos using AI tools, rather than handing off a written brief.
- A bias toward automation: you instinctively look for the parts of delivery and PM work that can be systematized.
