Senior AI & Python Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior AI & Python Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems. You will play a pivotal role in engineering intelligent applications, ensuring that advanced machine learning models and language processing pipelines are seamlessly integrated into reliable, high-performance backends.
What You'll Do
Architect and construct robust backend applications and AI-driven workflows.
Integrate complex language models and orchestration frameworks into production environments.
Design and deploy scalable pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation and intelligent agent workflows.
Implement automated MLOps practices to monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable cloud deployments.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in Python development and building production-grade AI systems.
Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic or model orchestration frameworks.
Solid hands-on experience in API development and implementing MLOps workflows.
Experience with cloud deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI solutions.
Advanced proficiency in English.
