Senior AML Specialist Location: Luxembourg Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Hours: Full-time, 40h/week The salary range for this specific role will be € 60.000 – € 70.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework. As AML/KYC Analyst you will be responsible for a wide range of activities: Performing AML/KYC collection, analysis and risk assessments for clients and third parties (e.g. transfer agents, portfolio managers, investment advisors, distribution channels, etc.) Conducting AML/KYC operational tasks on investment transactions Contribute to the maintenance of KYC data in the information systems for the purposes of keeping up-to-date information in the context of the KYC measures and controls Ongoing monitoring on AML/KYC matters Work in line with internal procedures and under the guidance of the Manager Support the Compliance Officer and the RC Support regulatory and audit reviews when required Client outreach: Proactively handling various client queries in a timely and professional manner Coordination with the different stakeholders both internal & external Adherence of the client onboarding/compliance policies & procedures and obligations by CSSF/JFSC/GFSC/regulatory bodies. Coaching, teaching, guiding team members Your Profile: You hold a diploma in Law, Finance or Business Administration At 3-4 years of experience in a compliance, AML / KYC, preferable within a fund management company Demonstrate an experienced and deep level of knowledge in the field of a Luxembourg alternative investment fund industry Excellent analytical, problem solving, and capable of organizing your priorities and working within tight deadlines Experience in working with an ability to multi task and to work calmly under pressure Understanding and dealing with the changing regulatory environment Handling complex queries Are pro-active, with have the ability to take initiatives and ownership Are true team players with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to listen and learn from others Flexibility, adaptability, reliability and commitment Have excellent communication skills vis-à-vis clients, providers, and within the Group Are fluent in English, both verbal and written, and knowledge of another language is considered in an advantage
