Sr Analyst/Analyst, US Consumer CXO Experimentation Analytics The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. Within USCM, the Marketing, Membership & Investment Optimization (MMIO) delivers data-driven decision making, analytics & business planning to drive profitable growth through personalization strategy and optimized investment decisions. Sr Analyst/Analyst, US Consumer CXO Experimentation Analytics as part of MMIO team will support data-driven decision-making across the marketing funnel by executing and scaling experimentation initiatives. This role will contribute to building a robust test-and-learn ecosystem, applying analytical rigor to optimize acquisition strategies and enhance customer experience, integrating incrementality, causal inference, and discovery analytics to inform business decisions. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, and Analytics to operationalize experimentation frameworks and generate actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who has demonstrated sound analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new things quickly given dynamic digital landscape. Partner with CXO analytics stakeholders to translate business questions into testable hypotheses Analyze performance of campaigns and experiments; deliver insights and actionable recommendations Support efforts to improve customer experience and acquisition efficiency through data-driven insights Monitor digital and competitive trends to inform testing strategies Contribute to fostering a test-and-learn culture , including documentation of best practices and learnings Work in a dynamic, fast changing environment, with attention to detail and effective communication skills. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistics or quantitative methods Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate insights to solve business problems Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, test design, measurement) Experience in querying large and complex data sets using big data programming languages (e.g., Python, Hive, SQL) is preferred.
