Senior Analyst / Developer (Java & Angular)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery while following company standards and best practices. The role combines hands-on development with functional and technical analysis, testing activities, and Level 3 application support within an international and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot . Develop and enhance frontend applications using Angular . Perform functional and technical analysis, producing clear and comprehensive documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing Level 3 support . Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in software testing activities to ensure solution quality and reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting development best practices and technical excellence. Strong experience in Java development , particularly with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot) . Solid experience in designing and developing REST APIs and backend services. Proven expertise in Angular development. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and advanced T-SQL , including: Stored Procedures Triggers User-Defined Functions (UDFs) Common Table Expressions (CTEs) Good understanding of infrastructure, networking concepts, and system integrations. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience within the financial services or banking industry is considered a strong advantage. Language Skills Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Soft Skills Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Interest in financial markets, banking operations, and business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong team player, capable of sharing knowledge, best practices, and contributing to a collaborative environment.
