Position Summary: Drive the financial and market analysis behind new management contracts, acquisitions, and third-party deal pursuits. Partner with Development, Operations, and Finance to assess deal viability and support go/no-go decisions across the hotel portfolio. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed feasibility studies and underwriting models (STR/market data, ADR/RevPAR projections, demand segmentation, comp set analysis) Prepare full P&L pro formas, cash flow projections, and IRR/NPV/cap rate analyses for prospective management contracts and acquisitions Evaluate market fundamentals — supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive positioning — for new and existing markets Support due diligence on third-party management pursuits, including brand fit, contract terms, and capex requirements Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership groups/investment committees Maintain and refine underwriting templates, market data sources, and benchmarking tools Qualifications 3+ years in hotel feasibility, underwriting, acquisitions, or asset management (brokerage, REIT, PE, or management company background) Advanced Excel modeling skills; STR, CoStar/CBRE Hotels, or similar market data tools Strong grasp of hotel operating structures, management/franchise agreements, and third-party ownership dynamics Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (MBA a plus) Excellent written/verbal communication for owner- and investor-facing deliverables Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 (Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market alignment) Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus 10% Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Time Off: Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Perks: Discounted hotel stays across the portfolio Growth: Career development and advancement opportunities Culture: People-first environment focused on excellence and innovation Physical Requirements (In-Office Role) Ability to work in a standard office environment.
