To support this mission, Syngenta is seeking a Senior Analyst (Chinese Language) - Procurement Operation in Pune. Accountabilities: Supporting requesters in navigating Ariba and conducting Ariba refresher trainings for the regional user community Purchase order support, supplier’s queries, PO closure, changes & correction. Guided Buying Management visual element administration tasks such as tile set up, updating policies and Instructions, update preferred vendor ranking, maintain hyperlinks & form creation. Perform defined master data maintenance tasks, maintain and update user data and approval matrices and monitor system and network connectivity on a continuous basis. Manage reports visibility to users by user group and geography. Support catalogue enablement team with visibility and publishing of catalogues Handle supplier queries for Ariba network registration and co-ordinate registration process Support requesters for missing suppliers, validate Supplier documentation and co -ordinate vendor disqualification process. Act as requestor for new Indirect vendors in Syngenta vendor management system and execute requisite steps for vendor record creation process in SAP. Identify and raise process optimization opportunities. Languages Fluency required. English- Fluent in written and spoken. Chinese- Fluent in read, written and spoken- Mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. 2-3 years of experience in business Process support in a captive share’s services center for an MNC highly preferred. Understanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes. Strong experience working closely with IT teams and business support teams to ensure system uptime.
