Position Summary You will join our Third Party Finished Close & Control team in India as a Senior Analyst. You will lead month-end close activities and own accurate inventory and supplier reconciliations for third party finished goods. You will work closely with supply chain, quality, procurement, finance and external manufacturers. We value accuracy, clear communication and practical problem-solving. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead month-end close tasks for third party finished goods, including journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis. - Maintain and reconcile finished goods inventory balances with third party manufacturers and internal warehouses. - Investigate inventory variances and supply exceptions, coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal partners. - Produce clear reports and analysis on inventory positions, stock movements and supplier performance for stakeholders. - Support audits, control testing and documentation to meet compliance requirements and operational readiness. - Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls, data quality and operational efficiency. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, inventory control, supply chain or third party manufacturing coordination. - Hands-on experience with month-end close tasks, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. - Practical experience managing finished goods inventory and performing reconciliations with external partners. - Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems or supply chain planning tools. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Part-qualified or qualified accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA, or relevant supply chain certification. - Experience with SAP or another major ERP system and familiarity with inventory modules. - Exposure to audit processes, internal control frameworks and compliance activities. - Experience working with third party manufacturers or contract manufacturing organisations. - Strong analytical skills and experience presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear way. - Prior experience in a multinational or matrix organisation coordinating across sites and vendors. Working pattern This role is hybrid and based in India. You will combine on-site work with agreed remote days, in coordination with your manager.
