Senior APAC Business Development Manager (PSP)

We are an international payment service provider actively expanding across the SEA market, seeking a senior Business Development professional to drive partnerships, revenue growth, and regional expansion. Key Information- Location: Remote (SEA time zone) Salary: Up to 6,500 USDT (depending on experience) Language: Fluent in Chinese & English Nationality Preference: Chinese Malaysian / Taiwanese Contract Type: Consultancy Agreement Role Overview- This role focuses on business development, partnerships, and regional expansion across SEA markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the payment ecosystem and be capable of driving business from market entry to deal closure, while working closely with internal teams on product and infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage SEA payment partnerships (PSPs, gateways, exchanges, etc.) Drive end-to-end business development (prospecting negotiation closure) Create and execute regional BD strategies Identify key prospects and unlock new business opportunities Lead commercial negotiations and deal structuring Build business cases and financial models Collaborate cross-functionally (product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, etc.) Expand partner ecosystem and develop value-added solutions Support broader regional initiatives and business expansion Requirements Strong experience in payment / PSP / gateway ecosystem Solid network in SEA market Proven track record in BD / sales / partnerships Fluent in Chinese and English Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Conditions Remote work setup (SEA time zone) Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (OKRs, sales & BD commissions) 22 days annual leave Participation in international events and conferences Learning and development support
