This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong architect with advanced Archicad skills, proven experience working on U.S.-based projects, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality documentation.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural production, technical development, and project coordination

• Develop accurate models and construction documentation using Archicad

• Support residential, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects

• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

• Review drawings and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency

• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. codes, standards, and regulations

🎯 Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience

• Advanced Archicad proficiency

• Proven and verifiable experience working on U.S. projects

• Experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use developments

• Strong knowledge of U.S. construction documentation, codes, and standards

• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
