Role Description The Senior Architect is a full-time, role based in Athens. This role leads architectural design from concept to detailed documentation, ensuring functional, sustainable, and aesthetically aligned solutions for commercial, hospitality, and investment real estate projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design proposals, coordinating with internal project management and construction teams, and collaborating with external consultants, engineers, and contractors. The Senior Architect oversees design reviews, ensures compliance with local regulations and building codes, and contributes to cost and value engineering decisions. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, participating in client presentations, and supporting integration of digital tools and workflows to improve project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and collaborative project workflows.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software mainly archicad (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with BIM processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance design quality, cost, and construction feasibility.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and work in a hybrid environment with both onsite and remote collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is preferred.
