Senior Artwork Designer Project (Project Based)

About this Position As a Senior Artwork Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity through the creation and refinement of packaging designs. This position addresses the need for high-quality, compliant packaging that resonates with diverse markets while adhering to our strategic branding guidelines. You’ll join a collaborative team of design professionals who value creativity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines will be key to maintaining efficiency and excellence in our output. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle challenges such as resolving copy-fitting issues and working closely with print vendors to deliver flawless final products. What you´ll do Create/edit master packaging artworks based on master design as well as country packaging artworks based on master artworks Resolve copy-fitting issue on packaging artworks that includes several language translations; Ensure compliance to SBU and brand guidelines Release print-ready artwork files and proper file formats to print vendors; Review and approve printer’s proof for copy, dimensions, and color swatches, or make necessary changes What makes you a good fit Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Print Media or related course Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience in Artwork & Packshot Design; Preferably obtained from digital ad agencies and focused on Product Development Experience in basic packaging and print animation is needed; Advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro) are required With high level of accuracy and attention to detail and must have project management skills Must have effective English communication and excellent time management skills Amenable to work on a project-based basis (5 months), mid shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
