Senior Associate, Accounts Payable and Receivable

Verifies invoice details, such as PO number, amounts, terms, and coding, ensuring compliance with company policies • Assists in the accounts receivable aging analysis. Collects trade customer accounts receivable payments and takes action with past due balances • Maintains AP or AR ledger accounts and financial statements while reporting and assisting with year-end cutoff reviews and audits • Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and escalates to ensure timeliness of payments. Responds to inquiries regarding payment services, supplier enablement and credit card and expense report administration • Handles inquiries from vendors about invoices and payments Grade Descriptor • Requires full proficiency in a range of processes, procedures and systems or specific skills in a single area • Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members • Exercises discretion based on practice and existing procedures; receives guidance in moderately complex situations • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Is this the job for you?
