Vistara most recently announced a milestone strategic partnership with Beedie Capital, which will anchor the upcoming US$500M Vistara Growth Structured Opportunities Fund scheduled to launch in fall 2026. Vistara is looking to extend its investor base beyond its longstanding network of family offices and high net worth individuals predominantly based in Western Canada, to other geographies.
The Opportunity
As the table is set for Vistara entering this next phase of growth, we are looking to add a Senior Associate – Capital Formation & Investor Relations to our team (flexible location based on networks – likely in Toronto or Vancouver).
This individual will need to play an immediate and important role in supporting Vistara’s continued capital formation efforts, with a focus on our upcoming Structured Opportunities Fund. Working closely with Vistara’s Partnership team, the Senior Associate will help identify and develop prospective investor relationships, participate in investor meetings and fundraising activities, manage ongoing investor engagement and follow-up, and support the development of institutional-quality fundraising and diligence materials.
Our ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building and communication skills with financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to execute. You are commercially minded, comfortable engaging with sophisticated investors, and excited by the opportunity to take ownership of a meaningful role within a growing, entrepreneurial investment firm with significant momentum and investor support.
