The Role Your role As an Enterprise Operations Administrator, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of enterprise operations by delivering consistent, reliable administrative services. Your focus will be on keeping core operational activities running efficiently through structured coordination, accurate handling of requests, and dependable support for internal teams and shared services across the organization. What you will do •Provide administrative and ancillary support such as copy services, mail and distribution, records retention, office reception, and communication systems •Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure operational services are delivered as planned and issues are resolved efficiently •Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation to support audit readiness and operational continuity •Track and manage routine operational requests, ensuring timely follow‑through and clear handoffs between teams •Support standardized processes and tools that enable consistent enterprise operations across locations and functions •Identify recurring operational issues and escalate patterns or risks to appropriate stakeholders with clear supporting information Your future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career, from Junior System Administrator to Architect.
