We're Hiring | Senior Associate – Facets Claims Developer Location: Remote (EST Time Zone Preferred) Experience: 12+ No OPT/CPT or out of the USA candidates Are you an experienced Facets Claims Developer with a strong healthcare background? We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and work directly with clients to design, develop, and deliver innovative healthcare claims solutions. Key Responsibilities ✅ Collaborate directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for healthcare claims processing. ✅ Design, develop, test, and implement solutions using the Facets platform and .NET technologies. ✅ Develop and maintain SQL/PL-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. ✅ Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. ✅ Participate in code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD processes while following best development practices. ✅ Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Required Skills ✔ Experience with TriZetto Facets Claims Module and Claims Data Model ✔ Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience ✔ ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Framework ✔ SQL Server & PL/SQL development ✔ Multi-Tier Application Architecture ✔ Visual Studio development experience ✔ Version Control (Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc.) ✔ CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience working on Facets implementation or enhancement projects ⭐ Ability to work independently with business stakeholders ⭐ Experience deploying code across multiple environments If you're passionate about healthcare technology and have hands-on experience with Facets Claims development, we'd love to hear from you!
