Job Responsibilities Lead ISO Certification and Internal Audits for the following standards: ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001. Perform engagement procedures and assigned project work in accordance with Armanino methodologies, quality standards, and applicable professional requirements Follow Armanino Certified’s ethical standards, policies, procedures, and professional expectations Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and establish credibility with key client contacts Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal engagement teams Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule Monitor individual project responsibilities and provide timely updates to engagement leadership Identify potential issues, scope concerns, or project risks and communicate them to the appropriate team members Participate in engagement planning, kickoff, status, and closing meetings Conduct testing, reviews, assessments, and detailed analysis based on the requirements of each engagement Evaluate information, develop conclusions, and maintain thorough documentation supporting engagement results Prepare, organize, and review client deliverables, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation Respond to routine client questions and assist with resolving engagement-related requests Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience Assist with multiple engagements simultaneously while effectively prioritizing deadlines and competing responsibilities Support Associates and other junior team members through coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance Participate in interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and other talent-development activities Contribute to internal initiatives and projects that support the growth of the practice Stay informed about developments in relevant regulations, frameworks, technology, and industry practices Participate in professional development activities and maintain applicable certifications or credentials Requirements Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of Audit experience with exposure to SOC or ISO engagements. Experience in supervising staff professionals. Strong project management skills. Ability to identify internal control deficiencies and document management letter comments for purposes of communicating deficiencies and weaknesses to clients. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Engagement Preferred Qualifications CISA, CCSK, AI or ISO Lead Auditor Certifications are preferred.
