Job Description: Blake Willson Group is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Analyst to design, develop, and enhance business applications, reporting solutions, and digital capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions that improve processes, enable automation, and support data-driven decision-making. This role will support the development of dashboards, analytics, and data visualization solutions that improve visibility into operational performance, remediation activities, and mission outcomes. In this position, you will: Develop and maintain digital dashboards displaying real-property accountability metrics and remediation status, ensuring reporting is updated regularly and supports leadership review. Generate recurring dashboards and reports identifying completion rates, unresolved deficiencies, inventory completion, reconciliation status, corrective actions, aging deficiencies, and remediation progress. Conduct trend analysis to identify systemic deficiencies, recurring data quality issues, and remediation performance metrics. Update dashboards using current ARNG data sources and validated remediation information. Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate operational needs into technical solutions. Support system design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and performance. Troubleshoot complex Power Platform solutions involving multiple integrated technologies and recommend optimization strategies. Create data visualizations and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for business and mission stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and user requirements. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI. 4+ years of experience performing business analysis, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and improving business processes through technology. 4+ years of experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and analytics solutions to support operational decision-making. Desired Skills: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification or other Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desired. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, data analytics, and data visualization. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for collaboration and communication. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency, performance optimization, and process improvement. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with system design, configuration, implementation, and lifecycle management. Experience supporting Agile/Scrum methodologies. At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
