Job Description: Blake Willson Group is seeking a Senior Pricing & Actuarial Analyst to support Government acquisition and proposal evaluations through financial, pricing, actuarial, healthcare, and data analysis. This position will organize and validate complex proposal data, maintain evaluation workpapers and supporting documentation, identify data-quality issues, and prepare accurate analytical products under senior technical direction. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate, organized work in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will also: Inventory, organize, and crosswalk contractor pricing, actuarial, utilization, staffing, and supporting data using Government-approved tools and file structures. Perform calculation checks, extensions, totals, data reconciliation, completeness reviews, and standardized comparisons under senior technical direction. Maintain evaluation workbooks, clarification logs, issue trackers, version histories, and supporting documentation. Identify missing information, inconsistent factors, outliers, unclear assumptions, and potential data-quality issues for escalation to senior technical staff. Prepare draft charts, tables, summaries, visuals, and briefing materials using approved templates. Update work products following clarification responses, revised proposals, final proposal revisions, and Government feedback within required timelines. Coordinate with pricing and actuarial counterparts to ensure shared data and findings are aligned and traceable. Support model testing, peer review, reproducibility checks, and final file assembly. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, actuarial support, healthcare analytics, proposal analysis, or data-intensive consulting. 2+ years of experience analyzing complex financial, pricing, actuarial, healthcare, or proposal data and producing accurate, well-organized analytical workpapers. 2+ years of experience performing data reconciliation, calculation validation, quality-control reviews, and detailed analysis under tight deadlines. Desired Skills: Experience supporting federal acquisition, proposal evaluation, healthcare contracting, payer/provider analytics, claims, utilization, or network pricing. Experience with FAR Part 15 documentation or Government source-selection support. Experience with Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or other approved analytical tools. Progress toward an actuarial credential for actuarial-track candidates. Experience maintaining clarification logs, comparison matrices, evaluation workpapers, or negotiation-support data. At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
