We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Drafts and post job advertisements for the roles across client's organization on various job boards, social media, and company websites to reach a diverse pool of candidates • Manages recruitment-related administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence • Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers and takes initiatives to improve the operational administrative processes • Assists in preparing client proposals, presentations, and recruitment report to ensure consultants have all necessary materials for client meetings • Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the staffing process • Manages and processes all incoming applications, ensuring accurate Digital into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and appropriate categorization for talents • Tracks recruitment-related expenses, including advertising costs and candidate testing fees, and report them to finance for budget monitoring Grade Descriptor • Requires full proficiency in a range of processes, procedures and systems or specific skills in a single area • Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members • Exercises discretion based on practice and existing procedures; receives guidance in moderately complex situations • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency Is this the job for you?
