What You’ll Do: As a Senior Attorney at Ternium, you’ll play a crucial role in advocating for healthcare providers in disputes with insurance carriers and managed care organizations. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and lead associates in the dynamic revenue cycle space. This is a unique legal opportunity where you’ll apply your analytical skills, contractual expertise, and persuasive writing abilities to drive successful claim resolutions—without the stress of litigation. Key Responsibilities: Manage associates and help develop their skills in the legal framework of the healthcare revenue cycle environment. Assist in developing and presenting internal/external training opportunities. Craft written client and industry feedback. Represent healthcare providers in administrative appeals for denied insurance claims. Develop creative and effective legal arguments to overturn claim denials. Craft compelling and well-researched appeal letters to insurance companies and benefit administrators. Utilize provider manuals and managed care contracts to dispute unjust denials. Work closely with provider representatives and resolution teams to navigate complex claims. Identify industry trends and provide valuable insights to enhance recovery strategies. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business objectives. What You Bring to the Table: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess. Commitment to upholding HIPAA compliance and company policies.
