Senior Back-end Developer (AI Enabled)

We're looking for a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python who can take ownership of the entire development lifecycle - from understanding client needs and shaping the technical approach to building, delivering, and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. In this role, AI is a core part of your daily workflow. What You'll Do: Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, define technical solutions, and communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks. Take ownership of delivering high-quality software solutions—from technical design and implementation to deployment and ongoing improvements. Lead your area of responsibility by breaking down work, making sound technical decisions, and ensuring delivery quality and timelines. Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver successful projects. Review code, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices across the development lifecycle. Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-ready applications. Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and research while applying engineering judgment to validate and improve AI-generated output. Contribute to building modern software solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities where they add value for our clients. Who You Are: 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development. Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Java, .NET/C#, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python . Proven experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade software solutions. Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, service-oriented architecture, and modern software engineering practices. Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable taking ownership of solutions from requirements through production with minimal supervision. Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow, with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated output. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Nice to Have: Experience delivering solutions in consulting or other client-facing environments. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and modern containerization technologies. Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI services, or orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, and AI application architecture. Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
