Senior Backend/Team Lead for an IT Modernisation Project

What You'll do: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot; - Build and support microservices-based architectures; - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs; - Contribute to cloud-based solutions and integrations, mainly on AWS; - Perform occasional frontend development tasks using Angular; - Act as Team Lead, guiding the development team and supporting technical decision-making; - Ensure code quality, best practices, and architectural standards; - Participate actively in planning, estimation, and delivery activities; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment; - Hybrid work model; Who You Are: - Extensive experience with Java 8 and newer Java versions; - Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem; - Solid knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture; - Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies; - Team Lead experience managing development teams or leading technical initiatives; - Good understanding of container technologies such as Docker; - Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; - High level of spoken and written English for work in a global, multicultural environment; - Working knowledge of Angular for frontend tasks such as UI integration and visualizations (nice to have); - Knowledge of Kubernetes (nice to have); - Fluent in portuguese and english;  What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - Benefits plan; - And others.
