What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead ERP projects and advise customers on best practice Business Central solutions, guiding them from requirements gathering through to implementation and optimisation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues, providing strategic input, process improvements, and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, analyse business processes, and translate complex requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Explore and leverage modern technologies, including Power Platform and AI to help customers streamline operations and drive innovation.

What They’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Business Central Consultant, including implementation, functional design, and customer advisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of core business processes across areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, or projects.
• Ability to challenge requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative yet practical solutions.
• Passion for helping customers succeed and creating meaningful business impact.
• Confidence in taking ownership of projects and acting as a senior figure within the team.
