Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable blockchain solutions and smart contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the robustness and security of blockchain implementations. Implement and optimize consensus algorithms and blockchain protocols. Stay informed about emerging blockchain technologies and integrate relevant innovations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in blockchain development, including Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Haskell. Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, decentralized systems, and consensus mechanisms. Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts. Familiarity with distributed ledger technologies and peer-to-peer networking. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
